The actor bought ‘Playa Barrigona’ in 2007 and listed it on the market in 2015 for $29.75 million. The estate is located in the stunning and extremely remote Nicoya Peninsula with breathtaking views, only minutes away from the white-sand beach.
Playa Barrigona is comprised of three separate villas which offer generous living space spread across 12 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, multiple verandas, private pool, etc. The largest villa – Casa Guanacaste consists of seven bedrooms and eight baths, while each of the other two villas have 2 bedrooms.
The estate is conveniently located near the villages of Nosara and Samara full of local amenities. The villa is accessible from 2 regional airports: San Jośe and Liberta.
